This is my humble opinion But you guys in the states you call a T28 a stock turbo with an enlarged turbine and compressor in stock housings (carved out). A T25/28 can mean a number of things but I think you guys refer to this as just T3/T28 compressor (50/60/62/63/65 trim) in a stock compressor housing with stock turbine and exhaust housing. I think you'll be hard pushed to get 500rwhp... which is something like 600hp at the crank.. a helluva lot of horsepower for barely above stock turbo. Even if the wastegate is opened up I still dont think you can get that sorta horsepower out of it. 500 at the crank maybe, at a stretch 550... but 500 at the wheels....
